- For hygiene reasons, all beauty and skincare products that have been opened or used are non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization and instructions for sending back the product.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you would like.
